    Hi Bruce Zhou,

I have posted in Outlook.com forum but no luck. I would be grateful if you could suggest a solution. I am tired running around. I regret for subscribing to Office 365 Home Premium. If I can't find a solution I guess I need to give up on Office 365 account.

    Regards,

    Kanthaka

    Hello,

I subscribed to this thread to get updates, as I have clients in the US also experiencing this issue. Had a ticket open with MS, and emailed the tech with this thread and information to see if i can get an update from him. Looking forward to a resolution!

    Thanks,

    Katie

    Hi,

Does anybody know what the maximum message size for sending e-mails?

Is is the same as OWA? Can we increase this?

    Kind regards,

    Robin

I received this error message on my Mac computer. do you know what this could mean?

Outlook 2011 error code 18500 - HTTP error. The
    server cannot fulfill the request

    Yes - and I did this !.

Microsoft however also wrote they had already opened an O365 bug with the product group and this

issue is related to "specific W15 server versions"

Btw - they asked me to try with mail.app , same result (the mail are NOT being sent)

    :-(

If you read the post above you will see that Mac's are having an issue right now. Looks like nothing over 5mb.. its a known issue and they are working on a fix

If you look at the Mac section, you will see the page is filled with it. Everyone on a mac is having the issue.

The issue is a Sev1 or A and a fix is being tested right now...... Its a known issue and they are working hard to get it fixed.

    1. An affected user has been moved over new computer and outlook was setup from a fresh start (added account and redownloaded all mail items). Didn't fix anything.

    2. The user who moved computers went from running Outlook 14.3.8 to 14.3.7 (and has had problems on both). I just saw there was a new update, 14.3.9 which is being installed now. All macs in the office are running OS X 10.9. There are other users on 14.3.8 who have not had problems.

3.The Exchange Web Service synchronization test passed (with ignore SSL warnings checked)

    Bruce,

Today a user got the 18500 code when trying to send a 15MB attachment. The message was moved to the drafts folder and followed with a series of errors: "Could not synchronize record: FW: *EMAIL SUBJECT* to Exchange server: *ACCOUNT NAME*" In the future I have directed users to try sending with the OWA.

There was also another error that popped up today. The account was disconnected from exchange and prompted the user to reenter credentials. "HTTP Error. The server is temporarily unable to fulfill the request." Error code -18497

    Any ideas?
