Sorry for the late reply. I have checked, and it seems like for Mac, there is no delay for incoming e-mail anymore, maybe 1-2 mins delayed. For iOS, there is no update yet, but I will keep you update on this.
If you are still experiencing the delay for Mac, please check to see when you are sending e-mail to yourself from Outlook 2011 and OWA to see if there is still delayed, or not.
If there is anything unclear, please feel free to let me know.
