Office 365 Home Premium is an consumer product which just includes the Office software such as Word, Excel and Outlook, and it doesn’t include the Exchange Online service.
2. When you say “single user setup of Office 365 Exchange Online”, do you mean you have bought a standalone Exchange Online, Office 365 Small Business or Office 365 Enterprise?
3. Do you have an Exchange local Server by “Personal Exchange Server”?

5. What does the sync services mean?
