To address the issue more effectively, I would like to collect the following information:
1. Do you mean that just some of the users who are using Outlook 2011 (Run Outlook 2011 with latest updates) cannot see the new messages in the public folder, but they can see the original messages?
2. What permission have you granted to these users? Have you tried comparing the permission of the public folder showed both on PC and Mac? Are there any differences?
To troubleshoot the issue, could you please try the steps below?
1. Try click Send & Receive All to check if there is any improvement.
