We have just migrated to Office365, and have some Mac machines in the environment. with one of them I am getting continual sign in issues with Lync:Mac 2011.
I have the recommended hotfix loaded. (as per the O365 site) - Lync version 14.0.5 (130524)
Also the settings are:
Email: xxx@xxx.com.au (name and user ID hidden)
UserId: xxx@xxx.com.au (name and user ID hidden)
Under Advanced, Manual configuration is selected as:
External Server Name
sipdir.online.lync.com:443
Internal Server Name
sipdir.online.lync.com:443
When I click sign in, it just sits there with a spinning wheel, but never signs in.
How can I troubleshoot? Thanks.
