I got a call from a level 1 support tech from India telling me that a fix will be pushed out sometime in September. He will not give me a specific date, only that the bug was addressed. He proceeded to try and close the case again even after I told him repeatedly that this case cannot be closed until the problem is fixed. Seems like all they care about is closing the case! Extremely annoying. Once they close the case, they never followup again. Just my 2 cents.
