The SkyDrive in Office 365 is a part of SharePoint Online, we call it SkyDrive Pro which is different between SkyDrive. Here is the description about difference between SkyDrive and SkyDrive Pro.

To connect to SkyDrive Pro by using Document Connection, please click Add Location > Connect to a SharePoint Site and enter you SkyDrive Pro address.
