End of File Reached / Connection to the Server Failed or was Dropped / HTTP Error / Unknown Error / Operation Timed Out

Sorry about the Subject... The errors are many and varied within the Error Log and happen through out the day for our OLK2011 (fully patched) users. 

  • End of File Reached

  • Connection to the Server Failed or was Dropped 

  • HTTP Error

  • Unknown Error

  • Operation Timed Out. The server may be down, overloaded, or there may be too much traffic

Any ideas for troubleshooting, or similar experiences out there? MS Connectivity tests prove nothing. Not just within our network either. OLK2010 users (OLK Anywhere) are unaffected. It seems just EWS of 2011...


Restarting Outlook usually restores connectivity - dreading that this is the same as the well flanneled 'Intermittent Outlook Connectivity' post
