To address the issue more effectively, I would like to collect the following information:
1. When you mentioned “account A”, do you mean that this is an Outlook.com account, not Office 365 account?
2. Do you mean that account B is an Office 365 account?
3. When you mentioned “Account A is synced to account B”, do you mean that you have added the Outlook.com account as the Office 365 account’s connected account?
If you have added the Outlook.com account as the Office 365 account’s contacted account, based on my experience, if you delete an email in Office 365, it won’t be synced to Outlook.com. This is a one way sync. Office 365 just copies the emails from Outlook.com.
