I am looking for the same... MBA/Outlook 2011 - Hosted Server Exchange 2008. The Server doesn't have this logged. It is a local issue. I suspect from settings by the previous owner of this MBA which this was supposed to be wiped, I suspect this may be of use to other readers if you have more than one profile on your Mac.
