Our Office 0365 environment has just gone under the upgrade to the new system and we are encountering some performance issue with Mac devices.
Currently all the devices are loaded with Office 2011 with the most recent update ( 14.3.7) and the operating systems are all up-today. I have tried recreating the account and this does not resolve the issue. Some users have even went to different locations and and still the client will become unresponsive.
Any ideas on why this is now happening?
