Thanks for your reply. According to your update I understand that you access and manage Office 365 mails through the browser on iPad, however the "old" web page has gone.
From the tags I notice the Office 365 tenant you have is a pre-upgrade one, to confirm whether your Office 365 tenant has been upgraded you can snap a screenshot for the current web page and provide it.
Please also refer to this article and check if it shows the "old look" and "new look" you said: Am I using Office 365 after the service upgrade?
