Thanks Nancy for the fast reply. Yes we added the photo library app. However when you go thru to the image, after clicking the elispes there is no 'open' button. We were actually looking for a more user friendly method without having to right click each image. We currently use Dropbox for this; users can view the entire library and download each image or all with ease (however there is no company branding) Really hope that there is a workaround as this type of functionality for image downloads was one of the reasons for deploying sharepoint across our organisation.
