yes, I do, ok so technically I'm posting on behalf of someone else who wanted some help on this subject. The office desktop software was because they were challenged about subscription and accidentally clicked the product id route rather than office 365... Anyway, There is an otustanding question here.. Same machine etc.. This machine frequently asks the user to reconfirm their office 365 details, however there is a second macbook with office 365 which has never asked for these again since it was setup.. Are there any ideas as to why MS / Office 365 would keep asking for these details.?
