Hi Pinko,

I am also having exactly the same problem as Evan... I work in an environment of 20 Macs but only I have so far upgraded to Mavericks OSX 10.9 and I am the only person experiencing this problem. We run Outlook 2011 and Office 365.

Email will work fine for a few hours in the morning and then ceases synchronising. On viewing the Progress window, it will be full of blue candy stripe bars (like Evan's screen grab above) and each one saying 'Server Busy. Waiting...'. Email cannot be sent or received.. I have rebuilt the mailbox. Opened a new user account and refreshed the identity etc.. nothing works.

The only way I have found to resolve it is to quit Outlook and then reopen but even that is hit and miss and sometimes needs several attempts before a successful connection and subsequent synchronisation can occur. It usually then hangs a few minutes later and I have to go through the whole thing again.

Any ideas?
