Hi there, we recently experienced the -18500 error on multiples users with the 6mb restriction on attachments. Everything has been fine since the fix. However, I have one user currently who is getting disconnection errors quite frequently on both the Outlook application and her iPhone. OWA is more reliable, but not entirely problem free. Messages she is trying to send go to Drafts and some emails sent to her have taken days to arrive. Error samples below:
