I'm receiving a "Sorry, we can’t add or remove users right now. Please try again later." message in my office.microsoft.com web account, I noticed it after getting sign in errors when attempting to activate Office 365 (Office 2011) on my Mavericks 10.9.1 Mac.
I've reset my password and can sign in to account online, I've paid today via debit card, all lloks paid up online, I can donwnload .dmg installer and open docs in view only mode.
Can anyone assist here please?
P.S. Support at support.microsoft.com is useless as it demands a PID which I can't get until I activate, massive oversight there.
