Re: Sync problems with Skydrive through Parallels

Hi unitasamsterdam,

To narrow down the issue, I’d like to identify the following information.

1. May I know if all users have this problem?

2. I would like to know if you have installed the latest version of the SkyDrive Pro client (Click to Run version) via the link below:

support.microsoft.com/.../2903984 

If not, I suggest you install this version of the SkyDrive Pro client.

After installing the latest version of the SkyDrive Pro client, I suggest you follow the step 2-8 in the article below to reset the system cache then re-sync it.

3. Could you check if the following limitations related to syncing libraries to your computer with SkyDrive Pro have been met?

• You can sync up to 20,000 items in your SkyDrive Pro library, including folders and files.

• You can sync up to 5,000 items in other SharePoint libraries, including folders and files.

• In any library, you can download files up to 2 GB.

4. I would like to know if another sync client has been installed on the computer (Example: “Drop Box” sync client) because the “Drop Box” client can conflict with SkyDrive Pro client.

5. Could you try to reproduce this issue on another computer by using your admin account and let us know the result? (This step can identify if the issue is related to the sync client)
