Hi Hidde,

Thank you for the detailed reply.
Because the Dropbox is out of the VM/Windows system, I don’t think that it will impact the VM part for the step 4.
The step 5 is required to use another PC to make sure whether it has issue about the account.

For current situation, please share with me the following information for further investigation by using the Private Message.

   1) The tenant domain, such as XXX.onmicrosoft.com.
   2) The SkyDrive Pro site URL. (Please copy the URL from the browser)
   3) May I know whether you can access another TeamSite by current SkyDrive Pro client?
   4) The region where you registered the subscription.

To protect your privacy, I have sent you a private message with a subject of "Information Request".

a. Please go to the "Your details" section on the right side of the community site.
b. Click "Private messages".
c. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
d. You can reply by using the form in that display to provide the information requested.

By the way, to avoid the business impact, here is one alternative workaround by using the Microsoft document connection for Mac OS:
You can refer to the following steps to access SkyDrive Pro and also there is a video guide from YouTube.

1. In Document Connection, click Add Location> Connect to a SharePoint Site.

2. Type the URL of your SkyDrive Pro library.

3. Login with your Office 365 account. You’ll be able to see the documents in your SkyDrive Pro.

Your continuing patience and efforts are appreciated.
Best Regards,
Andy Sek
