Hello, All. I'm new to the forums, so if there is a better location for this post, please let me know.
I've just started the Office 365 Small Business Premium trial. I'm a consultant running both Mac and PC hardware, as well as an iPhone and iPad. I usually have between three and four team members at any given time.
I tried Google biz last year but was frustrated with its 'community support' (i.e. no phone number you can simply call to get help, as you can with DropBox, for example). Right now I'm running a mix of iCloud, Evernote and Dropbox, but I'm not happy with occasional iCloud sync hiccups and its lack of any compatibility with Outlook. '365 has several advantages for us, at least in theory!
So far (since yesterday), most everything is working pretty well on my test domain in terms of calendar, mail and contact integration/sync, but I just discovered an interesting problem.
I downloaded both the Skydrive for Mac app (on my Mac, obviously) and OneDrive on my iPad. Whenever I try to log in for the first time using my Office365 ID and password, I get the error "The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again."
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, and after spending fifteen minutes trying and failing to find a chat or phone number, I thought I'd post here. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks in advance!
