2. Are all users shown presence unknown or only external users?
3. Are there any other users in your organization who also encounter this problem?
4. Can other users see your status?
Besides, if possible, could you please log in to your Lync account on a windows computer to see if this issue persists? This will help identify whether this issue is related to Lync for Mac client.
