Can't download Microsoft 365

Hi 

I wonder if anyone can help - I am unable to download the software packages for Microsoft 365 onto my MacBook Air. 

As soon as I login into my account the screen keeps refreshing over and over again and after approx 6-7 times the whole thing kicks me out.  I have managed to download to my iPhone without any issues.  Any help anyone could give would be very much appreciated.
