The OneDrive (formally as SkyDrive) client you installed on Mac is used to sync with OneDrive which use personl Microsoft account (Hotmail.com, outlook.com, live.com…)to login. This is different as the OneDrive (formally as SkyDrive Pro) for Business in SharePoint Online. We can’t use Office 365 account to login to it to sync files.
Presently, we don’t have the OneDrive for Business client for Mac users. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
