I am using an Office 365 2011 university 4yr subscription on Mac 10.9.1, downloaded for the office 365 website. I can't provide a screenshot of the issue because it only happens every once in a while, but it is a black box that comes up and asks for either a product key or to sign in with my 365 account. I don't have a product key and I can't sign in when I don't have a wifi connection
