Hi Krwelliver,

As David mentioned above, there are two ways to move our documents to One Drive for business.

1. We can dragging and dropping folders from the desktop to the web browser. This feature is smoothly supported when dragging and dropping files from Mac OS’s desktop to  Safari.

2. Microsoft Document Connection is a One Drive for business(SkyDrive Pro) and SharePoint connection tool introduced with Office 2008 and upgraded for Office 2011. It offers an easier way for Mac users to interact with One Drive for business(SkyDrive Pro)and SharePoint files such as drag-and-drop uploading and downloading as well as “rich application support”.

Therefore, you can refer to the following steps to access One Drive for business(SkyDrive Pro) .

a. In Document Connection, click Add Location > Connect to a SharePoint Site.

b. Type the URL of your One Drive for business(SkyDrive Pro) library.
c. Login with your Office 365 account. You’ll be able to see the documents in your
One Drive for business(SkyDrive Pro)

If there are anything unclear, please feel free to let us know.
