I notice “I can't connect skydive by Microsoft document connection. But all applications works fine” in your post. I’d like to confirm if any notice appears after you de-activate the application.
Normally, after we click the de-activate button, we will get the “Sign in” request when we open the Office application. To narrow down the issue, could you please check the page of software again to make sure if the application is activated?
Since you can’t connect OneDrive for Business by using Document Connection now, I’d like to confirm if any error message appears. If so, a screenshot of it will be helpful to find some clues.
