We recently moved to Office 365. I downloaded the Office tools for Mac to my Macbook Pro. For a few weeks indexing worked fine and I could search my mail. Now for some unknown reason, searching email is broken and I always get no results. When I run Office 365 in the web, searching works fine.
Thus far I have tried the following to resolve my problem:
1. Uninstalled office 2011 suite (all products) and reinstalled
2. Forced Spotlight to reindex
3. Went into spotlight preferences and disabled mail, rebooted, enabled mail, and rebooted.
None of the attempts above have resolved the problem.
I welcome any and all help.
