Office Mobile for iPad

I just downloaded Office Mobile on my iPad.  I subscribe to Office 365 and use microsoft Excel on my mac.  I pulled up one of my spreadsheets in Office Mobile and when I tried to edit it, it says "Can't Edit Workbook."  How do I do this?
