Sorry not to have answered, but the email was stuck in our anti-spam provider.
I created the group using Contacts > Lists. But the Lists are not published down to my Computer or my Windows Phone.
I did see the Groups option but this seems like a internal shared space rather than a Contact Group. I want to send out emails say, to our sales people. Before I switched to using Online Exchange, I had Contact Group in my Mac Outlook. Since adding the Exchange account as my only account, I see this has been greyed out for whatever reason.
Of course, I could use the "On My Computer" contacts and create a group, but this looks messy on the Mac as you get duplication on the display of emails and calendars etc. Ideally Microsoft should have provided granular selection of 'On My Computer' for each section, or allowed Contact Groups but store them on the local account.
