Hi, recently one of the user got the message..
"Unsynchronized items will be deleted. Do u want to continue? You have changed the mailbox used by domain. if you accept this change you will lose any items that have not yet been synchronized. to prevent the loss of items that have not been synchronized. click work offline correct the settings, and then go online to sync with the mail server. To accept the changes you have made and use the new mailbox. click ok."
He clicked on ok and all the folders were gone.
He is using outlook 2011. Is there any hope.
