5.7.57 SMTP Error from Outlook for Mac

We just did the full migration from Google to Office 365, and  I am getting a 5.7.57 SMTP error when I send an email from my Outlook on my Mac. 

I am able to send from OWA. 

I am using the following settings for my incoming and outgoing:

IMAP setting

Incoming Server: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL

SMTP Setting

Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: SSL

Authentication set to : None
