RE: How can I send a PDF file as a fax from my email account?

I tried to read the article, but I'm not sure it could be more confusing - Especially if you're not familiar with all that terminology.  

Quite simply...I have a PDF file that I want to send as a fax via either:

1.  Office365 on the web

2.  Microsoft Outlook on my Mac

I remember I did this previously years ago at a different job through Outlook by attaching the file and typing something like "[faxto:2125551212]" in the "to" field.  Then I just clicked "send" and my file was faxed to that number.  That is what I'm looking to do now, but cannot remember how to do it.  

Assuming it's possible, I'm looking for very easy to understand instructions on how to do so. Please let me know.
