MAC Outlook 2015 - No credentials.  The system requires that you sign on to a valid account

I cannot activate Outlook 2015.  I get the above error every time i try to activate with the user account.  I tried with a different user account and get an error that an account is already signed in.

I have completely uninstalled Office 2011 and Outlook 2015. Re-installed and still get the same issue.

I have tried changing region settings, tried the terminal script changing the group container files, and tried removing the office group container files completely.

outlook 2015 must store a activation file that is not common knowledge, or different from office 2011.

there is no support for outlook 2015 that i can find from google search.

please help
