Currently running Office 365 for Mac and upgraded to Outlook 15 and utilising Exchange Mail. All users on the company Wifi find regular disruption to our connection using Outlook 15. (there are no PC users). We have tried to rebuild the mailboxes which has not helped. Users have noticed that when operating on other WIFI networks that the connection issues disappear. There is a firewall set up on the company wifi - are there particular ports that need to be opened to prevent these issues form occuring?
