I can log into the Lync app on my iPhone, on my Windows Laptop and online, but not on my Mac.
I've followed all the troubleshooting guides and deleted all the Microsoft folders, Certificates (including "Unknown"), removed and re-installed Lync, tried an incorrect username, set the manual configuration and cleared Kerberos. I still just get the following error: "The user name, password, or domain appears to be incorrect. Ensure that you entered them correctly. If the problem continues, please contact your support team." My support team don't know how to fix it either.
Lync version 14.0.10 and OS X Yosemite 10.10.1
Can anyone help?
