Hello, Some members of our team are not able to log into Onenote on Mac using our Office 365 for Business Log-in Credentials (xxx@hbo.com).
- Details below: We attempting to sign in to Onedrive for business we get the error "There is a problem with your account, try again later" or simply a non-responsive log-in page (it reloads and nothing happens)
- We have the latest version of the Onenote (and other office applications)
- We have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times (through the office 365 website, or in the case of onenote on mac, through the app store as directed)
- This occurs across multiple user accounts
- This error occurs on multiple networks (work, home, etc)
- This error occurs on multiple different macs
- This error occurs on iphones and ipads
- Logins are successful through the web client using the same credentials
- Logins are successful through windows desktop clients using the same credentials (windows phones have not been tested)
- I can use a personal Office 365 account (regular Onedrive, using an @gmail.com account) and successfully login on said problem clients
I have been trying to solve this for about 2 months and feel pretty stuck. Can anyone help?
