How to Move/Copy SharePoint Server 2010 Designer workflow to SharePoint Online ?

Hi,

    I have tried to do the following way,

   i can able to copy from one to another site in SharePoint server. But i am not able to do in SharePoint Online.

   Even

   i have created test workflow in SharePoint Online then Publish it. After that Export to visio, then try to Import from visio in same workflow, it is getting error

"This workflow cannot be imported because it was created in SharePoint Designer for Different Site......."

  One more thing, we are using Microsoft Office 365 Plan P1, is that problem or not ? 

  What we want to do move/copy SharePoint server 2010 designer workflow, the above way correct or not.

  Please advice.
