Office 365 Home to Office 365 Business

I installed Office 365 for Mac as part of a Home installation. We now are changing over to an Office 365 for Business subscription. There are different Microsoft IDs associated with the first and the potential installation. 

Do I need to uninstall and reinstall? or is there a way to simply change the associated user license?
