Yesterday a prospective client told me that when he typed my URL in his address bar he got the following message:
Oops! Internet Explorer could not find www.dorseydentallab.sharepoint.com
Suggestions:
Access a cached copy of www.dorseydentallab.sharepoint.com
Go to www.sharepoint.com
How embarrassing. I tried yesterday and today to reach someone at Office 365 to help me resolve the issue. I spoke to many different people but they all ended up sending me to 1-800-865-9408 where, after 4 prompts, I was put on hold and then asked, by a recording, to leave your name and phone. I really want to some help. I am paying for a website that doesn't work. I tried it and it does the same thing. I thought it was so convenient to have this website but with no customer support it is just frustrating. What can I do?
