To better troubleshoot the issue, I would like to collect the following information:
1. Does anyone else in your organization experience the same issue?
2. How do you connect your Office 365 account in the Outlook for Mac client, via POP/IMAP or Exchange?
3. If you configure your account on other Outlook clients, does the issue occur?
4. If you configure another user’s account on your Outlook for Mac 15.6 client, does the issue occur?
