I have tried several options and the results are the same. It seems irregular but most files are touched so the create date is set to the moment I put the files in the OneDrive Business for Mac folder.
One thing I noticed is that first all files are uploaded and then directly downloaded again from OneDrive. As long as they are uploaded but not downloaded again the time and date are not touched. But upon downloading from OneDrive most dates are changed.
This sounds like a very serious problem to me and I hope the problem will be found. For now I need to stay with OneDrive personal but that space is limited.
A possible problem could be that I have OneDrive for Business and OneDrive Personal running at the same time. This shouldn't be a problem since they are pointing to different folders on my Mac.
