RE: Onedrive for Business locking up

Hi Jeff,

Regarding "locks up at 'Loading...'" and "locked up at 102 files", we will look into them closely. Some relevant screenshots will be much appreciated.

Insert/Edit Media.

If you currently are able to have the Repair OneDrive for Business when right clicking the icon, please try it and let us know the results.

Then, for further investigation on the situation, would you please try and see if you can get the logs of the client?

Go up to the Menu bar and click Go and select Go to Folder. Type in ~/library/logs and click Go.
OneDrive for Business will write five logs:
   OneDriveBusiness-* logs (-, -ERR, -HTTP)
   StorageHTTPTraffic.log
   Client log (<Machine name>-MacBook-Pro.dev=<date/time stamp>.log

This will open up the logs folder so that you can access the logs, and you may send them to us for analysis.

To protect your privacy, you may send the logs to our Workspace. I have sent you a private message to show you how to.
Access the private message via the following steps:
  1. Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community page.
  2. Click Private messages.
  3. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.

In addition, if you would like to uninstall and re-install, please do as the follows:

 1. Exit the application completely.
 2. Drag the app to the trash.

Feel free to get back and we will discuss your situation further.

Best Regards,
Rene
