RE: Onedrive for business cannot sign in

Hi Tim,

I understand that users encountered the issue that they could not sign in OneDirve for Business for IOS. To narrow down the issue, please share with us the following information:

1) Have your deployed ADFS service with Office 365?

2) Do all users encounter this issue?

3) Please confirm if those problematic users are using ADFS accounts.

4) Can you please create one test pure cloud user account and then use this account to log into the OneDirve for Business for IOS? I would like to confirm if the issue is related to the ADFS part.
