Recently, I made the decision after waiting for Microsoft to upgrade Office for Mac 2011 to the latest version of Outlook for the Mac, I have several problems I can live with, but the latest one is for no reason and in the middle of using outlook, it hangs. This has only happened since updates on my Mac by Apple so not sure if it is aligned to this. I am running Yosemite 10.10.2 and its on a Macbook Pro with 8GB of RAM.
The frequency of crashes is increasing. I have tried shutting down other apps, have restarted system and even reduced amount of items I have in Outlook to no avail. I allow it to keep sending reports to Microsoft.
I am guessing based on what I am reading, I am not the only one having this problem. It restarts OK, just getting annoying and frankly, its really no better (stability or features-wise) than the old Mac 2011. I am starting to regret signing up for it as I owned the other license and this one I am not billed constantly for it.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
