From the screenshot you provided, it seems that the word file "Testing OneDrive_HCD" isn't synced to cloud, is this the situation?
If you currently are able to have the Repair OneDrive for Business when right clicking the icon, please try it and let us know the results.
Besides, please Click Preferences> About> Unlink OneDrive for Business to stop the sync, and recreate the sync to that same library to check if there’s any update.
