Any resolution on "No Credentials..." issue on Mac with Office 365 Activation?

I have re-installed all MS Office Apps, One Note and Outlook 2015. I first tried activation of One Note and later when Outlook was first posted.

Every time I try to activate I get "No credentials The system requires that you sign on to a valid account." I guess I need to cancel 365 until this gets ironed out Outlook was the app that made me check out 365, but I cannot download or use mail until the app is activated. Outlook 2011 still works.

I have tried both,

but none of the guides that have been presented work.

Interestingly, I can use the new Outlook app on the iPhone.

I'd appreciate any updates, would love this to work with my work account and personal accounts.
