Not if you are on a Mac, The ability to sync team sites is not there yet. Its coming, but its not available today.
There are a few 3rd party programs you can purchase that will let you sync libraries down to your mac from the team site, or you can wait on Microsoft to release the official version of the Mac ODFB client.
