Almost every other company users use Office 365 with Windows and Outlook 2013. They do not encounter this problem.
Other members who use Outlook for Mac (then with OSX), showed my same problem.
Using OWA does not have problems, but not productive as if I use Outlook.
Create a new profile for me is a problem. I work in Italy and my mailbox is about 37 GB (more archive), with broadband I have available (6 MBit/s synchronous) I lose a lot of time to synchronize my account and I slow down internet colleagues.
There is an alternative to resynchronize the account?
