RE: Outlook for Mac attachment problem

Thanks for the updates.

Since Outlook 2013 and OWA are working fine, it indicates that there is no issue in the Office 365 emails server. The issue is more likely with Outlook for Mac client. Please try configuring problematic Mac users’ account on home Mac or a Mac in different environment.

Also set up workable Windows user account on the Outlook for Mac to see if the issue persists.

Please also send us the screenshots that you cannot open the attachments in Outlook for Mac.
