I am using an online portal set up my my company and I log in using a user name and password. I don't know what page you want me to take a screenshot. The website is outlook.office365.com/owa and I get there via Safari browser. To set up email signature I use tools (it is a gear symbol) and select options and scroll down to email signature. The entire email signature is stored correctly, but when I click +New to start a new message only the first two lines appear. I have been using the same set up since May 2014 and only after I changed the font it has never been the same even though I changed the font back to the original. If I resave the email signature each time I log on it works fine during that session but then it seems to be forgotten and only the first 2 lines appear in new messages.
